Easy Returns – Eligible Items

You may return eligible items within 2 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items should be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at customercare@ishum.in or call us at +91-8130299443 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Discounted Items & Promotions

Products bought during sales, with promotional offers, or redeemed through loyalty points cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged upon delivery. Please notify us immediately with photo evidence.

Customized or Made-to-Order Items

No exchanges or returns are allowed for custom or made-to-order products.

Size Issues & Alterations

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we offer free alterations. However, customers are responsible for:

Shipping the item to our warehouse
Receiving shipping charges for the return journey

Alterations may take up to 15 days or longer, depending on the complexity.

Return Shipping & Pickup

We provide reverse pickup service where available (2–5 business days after request). If your area is non-serviceable, you may self-ship. We will reimburse the return courier charges upon proper receipt of the item.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of return approval. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3 to 5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours under any circumstances.

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of cancellation approval.
